Mengelola proses employee lifecycle (rekrutmen, onboarding, mutasi, promosi, hingga offboarding). Menangani administrasi kepegawaian (data karyawan, kontrak kerja, surat-menyurat, arsip personalia). Mengelola payroll, benefit karyawan, klaim, dan administrasi BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan. Menjalankan dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan ketenagakerjaan dan kebijakan internal perusahaan. Menangani hubungan industrial, termasuk komunikasi dengan karyawan dan penyelesaian permasalahan ketenagakerjaan. Mendukung proses performance management (penilaian kinerja, KPI, feedback). Mengelola program training & development karyawan. Mendukung implementasi budaya perusahaan dan program employee engagement. Menyediakan laporan dan analisis data HC untuk kebutuhan manajemen. Berkoordinasi dengan atasan dan stakeholder terkait dalam pelaksanaan strategi HC.
